I picked up the hoagie bun—crisp on the outside, soft within—piled high with slow-roasted rib eye, melted Swiss cheese, horseradish mayo, and crispy fried onions. Gave it a generous dip. Let it soak.

That first bite? Bliss. Every element came alive—tender beef, warm bun, the creamy kick of horseradish, melty cheese, and those glorious onions. The fries, seasoned just right, sent me reaching for a cold sleeve of Belgian Moon Wheat Ale. A perfect pairing. I was in epicurean heaven.
