Meet Rebecca, our virtual AI assistant. She’s clever, quick, and always ready to help — even when the pub is buzzing and no one can grab the phone. Think of her as your digital concierge, helping you book a table without the waiting, holding, or phone tag.

Here’s how it works:

When you chat with Rebecca, she’ll gather all the important info — your name, the date and time you’d like to visit, how many people are in your party, and your preferred seating area (Patio? Fireplace? Upstairs by the pool table?). She then hands that information over to a real human on our team, who confirms the booking through our internal app.

You’ll get a text and email confirmation once your reservation is received, and our managers are also notified — so your table doesn’t fall into the void.
